How I discovered the Telluride Site Scamware

Have you ever known something bad was happening and was going to get worse and you tried to tell people but they just do not understand or care and then it is too late. I so feel that way right now.
I cannot get anyone to listen to me in Telluride about what is happening and so in the meantime, people who want to learn more about Telluride and maybe come and visit and spend money are getting sent to a scamware site. It is so frustrating. I know I do not explain things very well, but I will try.
I was searching for Telluride sites and Blues Brews Telluride on Google and clicked a site on the first page (number 9). It took me to a scamware site that tried to download fake spyware software.
So, I looked at the end of the web site address and saw lebekoyfta.homeunix.com and wanted to contact them and ask them to stop doing that so I searched for lebekoyfta.homeunix.com on Google and found 90 sites that had the same ending of lebekoyfta.homeunix.com, and they all were targeting Telluride. Since then, there are now more than 594 Telluride sites that are sending people to the scamware site. Some even have people names on them.

This is scary because, as more and more of these fake Telluride sites go up, the better they will show up on Googles search results at the top. I know it seems like a small thing to some people, but how many angry people who have been infected will blame a Telluride business site and not do business cause they do not understand?

So, instead of working on my magazine like I am suppose to be doing, I am trying to write to everyone with a hijacked site but so far, no one has even replied or maybe even read my email. I am sure they would care, but I kinda think they are all fighting over things. I am new to Telluride but I kinda see that nobody gets along very well, so while they are fighting, this is being ignored.

Even the nice man at the newspaper did not seem all that worried.
Please, check to see if you are listed on any of the pages that have been hijacked and contact Homeunix.com and ask them to please stop it.
